For some people, their pain is entirely driven by the nervous system, and this is something I will help you assess during the course. However, the tools and strategies taught here are designed to support your body’s natural healing processes and improve your overall quality of life.
Not at all. You do not need to stop medications, pelvic PT, supplements, or any medical care. This program is meant to complement the work you’re already doing. You’ll never be told to stop a treatment, and any changes you make will always be your choice.
This can help you.  Many people with endometriosis, IC, vulvodynia, pudendal neuralgia, or pelvic diagnoses experience pain that is primarily driven by the nervous system, even when a structural condition exists. In this program, you’ll learn how to assess which parts of your pain may be neuroplastic and how to support your body regardless of the diagnosis. This work can only help.
The content of this program is rooted in the latest research on the science of chronic pain. The techniques and strategies are drawn from evidence-based approaches such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Pain Science Education, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Healing, The Field Of Embodiment, Physical Therapy, and Sex Therapy.
