I created The Heal Your Chronic Pelvic Pain Podcast to help you finally understand why you’re still in pain and, most importantly, how to heal. In each episode, I share compassionate, practical guidance rooted in pain science, mind-body principles, and nervous system regulation, so you can move from fear and frustration into safety, trust, and confidence in your body.

I know this path because I’ve walked it myself. After years of searching for relief, enduring misdiagnoses, and trying treatments that didn’t work, I found lasting healing through a mind-body approach. That experience completely changed my life, and now, as a pelvic pain coach and doctor of physical therapy, I’m here to share the tools, insights, and hope I wish I’d had sooner.
