For some people, their pain is entirely driven by the nervous system, and this is something I will help you assess during the course. While many participants experience significant improvement and even symptom resolution, healing is a personal journey. I cannot guarantee a specific pain outcome within a specific time frame. However, the tools and strategies taught here are designed to support your body’s natural healing processes and improve your overall quality of life, regardless of the cause of your pain.
Nope! You don’t need to stop medications, physical therapy, or other interventions. In fact I believe it would be unethical and out of my scope of practice to tell you to do so. As you move through this course, you may choose to adjust your approach based on what you learn—but that’s entirely up to you. I deeply respect your agency and autonomy. Most healing tools can be integrated into this approach with some reframes and mindset shifts, making it complementary to what you’re already doing.

Absolutely. To be clear, this program is not a one-size-fits-all solution for healing endometriosis-related chronic pelvic pain. While many people with endometriosis experience pain primarily driven by the nervous system rather than endometriosis lesions themselves, this may not apply to everyone.

In the course, I discuss how to assess whether your pain might be primarily nervous system-driven, and I guide you on ways to explore this further. You can also use the Central Sensitization Inventory, a validated questionnaire, to help you self-assess.

Regardless of the underlying cause of your pain, the information and tools in this program are designed to help you live a better life, improve your relationship with your body, and guide you toward the next steps for treatment if necessary. It can only help.
