But you still feel stuck in the same pain patterns.

You’ve done the research.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve listened to the podcasts.

You understand the mind body approach.

At this point, you already understand that the nervous system is playing a role in your pelvic pain symptoms.

Intellectually, it all makes sense. And you’ve probably tried to apply this approach yourself. Maybe for a few months. Maybe for a few years. But you're still in pain.

And over time, your life has slowly gotten smaller and smaller. You’ve started avoiding things. Exercise. Sitting for long periods. Sex. Travel. Even making plans.

You second guess your body. Every sensation makes you wonder, “Is this the beginning of another flare?” You start wondering if you're doing something wrong.

You might even find yourself thinking, “I must be missing something.” So you keep trying to figure it out on your own. More research. More podcasts. More tools. But eventually there comes a point when what you really need isn’t more information.

Someone who understands chronic pelvic pain through a mind body lens.

Someone who can listen to your history, recognize your patterns, and help you see what’s actually keeping you stuck.

You need someone who can look at your specific situation and help you connect the dots.

That’s exactly what the Pelvic Pain Strategy Session was created for.

What This Session Can Help With

Many women book this session when they feel stuck in situations like this:

You understand the mind body framework but can’t seem to apply it to your specific symptoms

Your symptoms flare when life gets stressful and you don’t understand why

You feel stuck in fear or hypervigilance around your body

You’re not sure if your symptoms are structural or neuroplastic

You feel overwhelmed by conflicting information and don’t know what approach to follow

You’ve made some progress but keep getting pulled back into old patterns

If any of this sounds familiar, this session can help you connect the dots and move forward with clarity.

What Is the Pelvic Pain Strategy Session?

This is not a sales call.
This is a true strategy session.

The Pelvic Pain Strategy Session is a 90 minute working session where we focus fully on your symptoms, your history, and your patterns so we can identify what may be keeping you stuck and map out clear next steps for healing.

You’ll walk away with:

Validation
Many women have spent years feeling dismissed, confused, or misunderstood. Being seen by someone who truly understands the mind-body nature of chronic pelvic pain and the unique struggles that come with it can be deeply validating and is, for many women, the beginning of healing itself.

Clarity
We’ll unpack why past approaches haven’t worked and identify what may be missing. Understanding what is actually driving your pain is the foundation everything else is built on. We’ll also explore what’s been working, what hasn’t been working, and what can be done differently moving forward so you can build and sustain healing momentum.

A Custom Roadmap
You’ll leave the session with a clear, personalized plan for moving forward. Together we’ll outline specific next steps, supportive practices, and practical ways to apply the mind-body approach to your unique situation so you can continue the work with clarity and confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: No. This is a true strategy session.
We’ll spend the majority of our 90 minutes focused on you, your history, your patterns, and your path forward.
The purpose of this session is to help you understand what may be keeping you stuck and give you a clear direction for moving forward.

The Strategy Session replaced the old consultation call because one hour simply wasn’t enough.
This session is 90 minutes, goes deeper, and is designed to leave you with a real roadmap, not just a conversation.
That’s exactly who this session is for.
If you’ve done the research, tried the approaches, and still feel stuck, this session is designed to help figure out why and what specifically needs to shift for you.
It’s personalized in a way that books, podcasts, and programs simply can’t be.

Before booking, I recommend starting with my Understanding Pain series on the podcast. It’s the best introduction to the framework we’ll be building on together.

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know to prepare.
Coming with a clear sense of your history and what has felt most stuck is a great starting point.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, including how to schedule your session and any pre session materials.

If you previously completed a consultation call, you are not eligible to book a Strategy Session at this time.
If you’re looking for continued guidance and support, I’d invite you to join me inside the Beyond Chronic Pelvic Pain Healing Program, where members have the opportunity to book up to two individual coaching sessions (subject to availability).
