I'm a Doctor of

Physical Therapy

Pelvic Pain Coach

Hi, I'm Rachel Gofman.

Doctor of Physical Therapy & Pelvic Pain coach

I do the work I do because

it saved my life.

About 8 years ago, I developed chronic pelvic pain that no one in western medicine could explain. After grieving the fact that no one could “fix me,” I set out on my own self-healing journey.

In the process, I learned so much from so many. I became a pelvic floor physical therapist, and immersed myself in the mind-body healing community.

I want to teach you everything

I've

learned through both

my education

and

my lived experience.

You don’t have to live a life consumed by chronic pelvic pain anymore. I know there’s so much more that’s possible for you right now, and I want to help you get there.

If you've been feeling lost and alone on your healing journey, I want you to know you're not alone.

And you don't have to do this alone anymore.
